Resilience

When you are Resilient you are ready to move forward and get things done no matter what else is happening around you.  In fact you are more likely to utilize what ever is happening around you to assist your own momentum.  This program is all about positioning yourself to be Resilient – ready to move in the right direction for you.

Resilience definition: the power or ability to return to the original form, position, etc., after being bent, compressed, or stretched; elasticity.

To be resilient you need to:

o   Know yourself

o   Adapt

o   Connect

o   See big picture

o   Communicate

Our objective is to give you tools to better understand what aspects of yourself will make you stronger and position you to capitalise on a changing environment.  We will identify those things that will not only help you survive change, but come out on top.

Study of who survives and thrives best shows us that it is those who use their strengths, have good networks and adapt quickly to change.  You will learn how  to position yourself to be resilient and know what skills you have and need to feel confident in the face of change.  This can be run as a day or half day program.
